Budding Dharma Buddhist Temple started May 17, 2017 as a sister temple to Mount Adams Buddhist Temple in Trout Lake, Washington. It is situated in the residence of Thay Z (Thich Minh Thien) located in the metroplex of Arlington, Texas. It is a small temple in the tradition of the Lam Te Thien School of the Mahayana tradition. Thay Z is a fully ordained Buddhist monk and the student of Master Thich Minh Tinh (Thay Kozen), the Abbott of the Mount Adams Buddhist Temple in Trout Lake, Washington.
