Meditation & Mindfulness Practice

Have you wondered what Meditation is all about? Could you use about an hour of peace and gentle practice in your week? Then you are invited to Budding Dharma Zen Buddhist Temple, new in Arlington, for meditation and mindfulness practice. We do this each Wednesday and all are invited to participate.
You don’t have to be a Buddhist or experienced in meditation and all are invited. We practice ZaZen (seated) meditation, walking meditation and sharing of mindfulness practices, many inspired by the teachings of the Buddha. There is no charge, through donations (Dana) are gratefully accepted.
Plan on arriving by 7 pm. If you are new to sitting in meditation, try arriving 15 minutes early for some personal instruction on technique. We are generally finished by 8:30-8:45 pm. Wear comfortable loose clothing.
Parking is only permitted on the side of the street opposite from the house. There is a visible Buddhist flag attached to the mailbox to facilitate location.
